More than 17 thousand consumers requested Kurskenergo’s services in the first half of the year

IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division summed up the work with customers for the first half of 2017. During the reporting period, 17,148 applications were registered in customer service offices. 96% of them have already been executed.

Two thirds of the requests were made by Kursk residents during their personal visits to the points of work with consumers in Distribution Zones and the Customer Service Centres (CSC), while the remaining applications were received through the Contact Centre and the Internet reception of IDGC of Centre.

Most of the Kursk residents requested Kurskenergo for grid connections. In total, in the first six months of this year, 2,382 such applications were registered, 1,495 of them - applications for connection to the electricity grid of residential buildings and non-residential premises. Also, the applicants demanded value-added services for installation and replacement of metering devices (1,922 applications), issues of commercial electricity metering (1,427 applications), maintenance of electric grid facilities (519 applications).

In order to enhance customer service and improve quality of services provided, specialists of Kurskenergo’s Customer Service Centres regularly conduct surveys and questionnaires. During the first half of the year, the branch received 1,530 positive responses from the Kursk residents, who noted the promptness of processing requests, attentive attitude, goodwill and high level of qualification of their consulting staff.
