The Entrepreneur’s Day was held at IDGC of Centre – Tverenergo division. Heads of small businesses of the Tver region took part in the round table.
The main goal of the event was to raise the applicants’ awareness of the current procedure of grid connection for the category of applicants with electrical installations with a capacity of 15-150 kW.
The head of the customer relations department of Tverenergo Inga Shestipalova and the head of the department for execution and control of grid connections Anna Pavlova explained to the attendees the specifics and main stages of the grid connection process, told about what is included in this service and about the average cost of the whole set of activities.
Deputy Director for Development and Sale of Services of IDGC of Centre – Tverenergo division Anton Balakin, who moderated the Entrepreneur’s Day, spoke about the measures taken to increase the availability of the grid connection service for consumers. "At present, specialists of the branch are working to improve the service. An electronic digital signature is being introduced to sign contracts and acts to shorten the deadlines for obtaining a grid connection contract," he stressed.
