Members of students’ construction crews successfully complete the first working week

23 best students of profession-oriented specialties of Lipetsk State Technical University and Zadonsk Polytechnic College, who are members of two students’ construction crews, are successfully completing the first working week.

Mentors introduced the students to the structure of the enterprise, told about the features of the grid control centre. The young people were trained in the rules for labour protection and safety in the operation of electrical installations for the 2nd group of electrical safety permits. They listened to lectures on the factors that determine the outcome of an electric shock. They got acquainted with the robot-simulator "GOSHA-06", which is intended for training first aid skills for personnel of hazardous types of production and transport, this simulator has 6 modes of operation.

Next week, the students will visit the museum of the Lipetsk Air Centre and Novovoronezh NPP.

"Revival of students’ energy construction crews is not only an effective way of attracting young specialists to the Company, but first of all, a serious contribution to the strategic development of the industry," commented the head of the HR office of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division Ekaterina Mushnikova.
