Smolenskenergo concluded more than 5,000 contracts for the provision of value-added services in the past 5 months

For five months of 2017, IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division concluded 5,199 contracts for the provision of value-added services. The most popular services among consumers are still services for the replacement, installation and testing of electricity meters (77% of incoming requests/contracts), the service "Execution of work related to the competence of customers in the grid connection process" (5%), services for maintenance and repair of outdoor lighting networks (5%).

Another demanded value-added service is operational maintenance and management of consumers’ electrical grids of 0.4-110 kV. In 2017, 109 contracts were concluded, within the framework of which the energy company performs operational switching, locates faults, maintains power facilities of customers in good order.

Also often, consumers refer to the energy company for help in performing work and rendering services. For example, such as replacing the external input, testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment, issuing duplicate documents for grid connection and others. A total of 655 such contracts were concluded.
