Head of Tverenergo took part in the meeting of the Government of the Tver region

Vadim Yurchenko, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division director, took part in the meeting of the Government of the Tver region as an expert. The main theme of the meeting was preparations for the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018. On behalf of the head of the region, the region should be ready by the beginning of the heating season by September 15.

Igor Rudenya outlined the task to specialized agencies, noting that the time that is before the start of the heating season should be used as efficiently as possible. To this end, the leadership of the Upper Volga Region adopted the Resolution "On the tasks of preparing the housing and communal services and the social sphere of the Tver region for the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018". The document defines the list of activities and the strict timeframe when they must be implemented. The governor demanded to conduct the most detailed intermediate control.

Vadim Yurchenko said that Tverenergo supports the Resolution and in its part undertakes to take all measures that will ensure reliable operation of electric grid facilities during the winter peak of loads. "The normative document provides for very important items, the timely implementation of which will contribute to the successful operation through the coming autumn and winter period. Such items include monitoring the timeliness of current payments for consumed energy resources, as well as repayment of existing debts by all categories of consumers. No less important is the provision of housing and communal services and social facilities with autonomous backup power sources, as well as increasing the category of their electricity supply."
