Belgorodenergo to allocate 97 million rubles to implement the innovative development program

09.06.2017

In 2017, IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division will allocate 97 million rubles for the implementation of the Innovative Development Program. The share of modern equipment in the power grid complex of the Belgorod region will be increased due to the implementation of domestic equipment and technologies.

Near the Belgorod-Pavlovsk trunk road this year there will be two package transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles and a load monitoring system for the transformer. The design of such a package transformer substation allows charging electric vehicles and simultaneously providing electricity to consumers.

At facilities of reconstruction and new construction, it is planned to install about 120 energy-efficient transformers with a voltage of 6-10/0.4 kV with a lower energy consumption class.

Steel solid and wear-resistant polyhedral poles of 0.4 kV replace reinforced concrete anchor poles. More than 50 patented by IDGC of Centre poles of a new generation will be installed in individual housing construction micro-districts and at facilities of reconstruction. Their design features allow to significantly increase the speed of installation, reduce logistics costs for construction and connection to grids. In addition, in areas with dense residential buildings, such qualities as compactness, fire safety and vandal-resistance are particularly in demand.

The development of the program for automation of 6-10 kV grids with the use of vacuum reclosers of 10 kV has been started. The essence of the project is the partitioning of long lines with instant redundancy of faulty areas. Thirteen intelligent switching devices will be installed on nine most tapped overhead lines. In case of fault, not the entire line will be disconnected, but only a small section. The rest of the consumers will be resupplied within a few seconds with backup schemes. This will increase the reliability of power supply to dozens of industrial and social facilities and more than 20 thousand people in Belgorodsky, Korochansky and Yakovlevsky districts of the region. The number of interruptions in electricity supply will be reduced by 2-3 times, the index of the average interruption duration by 3-4 times, the labour resources for fault location will be reduced by 2 times. The project implementation is planned for 2018-2020.

All of these technologies are included in the register of innovative and energy-efficient technical solutions of IDGC of Centre and are planned for implementation within execution of new projects for construction and reconstruction of grids.
