Kurskenergo summed up the implementation of the repair program for 4 months of 2017

Since the beginning of this year IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division has spent over 44 million rubles on the repair of power grid facilities in the Kursk region. All planned activities were carried out in full and on time.

In total, from January to May 2017, specialists of the Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre repaired in the main grid more than 152 km of overhead power lines (conductors). The work was carried out at the 110 kV Conductor "Zheleznogorskaya - Studenok", "Tim - Manturovo", "Lgov - Konyshevka circuit I", "Lgov - Konyshevka circuit II", in Zheleznogorsky, Timsky, Manturovsky and Lgovsky districts of the Kursk region and in the regional centre. The power engineers cleared 32.8 hectares of ROWs along overhead power lines, replaced 1,349 insulators, 3.7 km of ground wire, 1.076 km of wire.

In the grid of 0.4-10 kV 661.5 km of overhead lines were repaired, 282.6 hectares were cleared out of 602 ha planned for the current year.

The power company continues to overhaul substations (SS) of 35 - 110 kV. At the 110 kV substations "Fatezh", "Peny", "Gorodskaya", "Kastornoye", providing electricity to more than 45 settlements of the region and part of the central district of the regional centre, two power transformers from 16 thousand kVA to 25 thousand kVA each, utility transformers, 110 kV switches, 58 110 kV disconnectors will be repaired.

By the end of the year, it is planned to repair a total of 2,509.5 km of 0.4-110 kV power lines and 416 package transformer substations in the service area of Kurskenergo. The overhaul will be carried out at 23 110/35/10kV substations. In order to minimize unplanned outages, the branch will clear 850.1 ha of ROWs from the trees and shrubs along power lines.

The implementation of measures of the repair program qualitatively and in time allows the power engineers to ensure the effective functioning of electric grid facilities of the region.
