Vladimir Syschikov, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Tambovenergo division director, received the Gratitude from the administration of the Tambov Regional Museum of Local Lore. The head of the institution, Andrey Chilikin, expresses his gratitude to the power engineers for fruitful cooperation in the conduct of the International Action "Night of Museums-2017".
The action was held in the region on 20 May on the site of the museum, within the framework of which employees of the public relations department of Tambovenergo organized an interactive master class "Formula of Energy Saving" for children and adolescents. The event was held in the format of a creative laboratory: the children were asked to compile ecological collages from various improvised materials - clippings from magazines, stickers, coloured cardboard. In parallel, the power engineers told them about energy-saving technologies and basic rules of energy saving in everyday life. Then the children’s creative works were exhibited at the exposition, which was set there. According to the organizers of the action, they aroused great interest among the visitors of the museum, who noted their brilliance and creativity.
The Tambov Regional Museum of Local Lore and Tambovenergo have long-standing fruitful cooperation. In 2010, the museum’s staff helped the company in the creation and opening of the museum of the Tambov power system. In 2012, the scientific staff of the institution were present as guests of honour at the opening of the exhibition organized by Tambovenergo "History of the electric meter: the era of great achievements", dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the formation of the region. In turn, the specialists of the branch repeatedly took part in the annual museum readings organized by the regional museum of local lore. Last year Tambovenergo became a participant of the International Action "Night of Museums-2016" for the first time. The power engineers conducted an interactive master class on electrical safety "The Magic World of Electricity" for children and teenagers.
