IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division held a group training workshop on development of leadership and management skills for chief engineers of Distribution Zones. The training specialists practiced with the employees of "Lipetskenergo" a number of methods that allow increasing their effectiveness as managers.
The participants of the event looked at the motivation of personnel, time management, the importance of human resources for the successful development of the organization. At the end of the course each participant of the training received a certificate.
Chief Engineer of Zadonsky Distribution Zone, Denis Yushin, noted: "Every day the chief engineers of Distribution Zones solve issues related to maintenance, repair, reconstruction of equipment, reduction of production costs, labour protection and safety. At the same time, specialists have different approaches to solving problems. The study allows to exchange experiences, including when implementing new technologies and equipment to improve the reliability of electricity supply to consumers."
