For four months courts satisfied claims of Bryanskenergo to non-payers in excess of 22 million rubles

IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division conducts systematic work aimed at reducing accounts receivable for electricity transmission services. One of the measures that have the greatest effect is claims and lawsuits.

For 4 months of 2017 the branch sent 12 lawsuits to the courts to recover debts for electricity transmission services, including forfeits, for a total of 32.61 million rubles. 11 executive orders were submitted for compulsory execution to the bailiff service, banks, and federal treasury bodies, for a total of 22.14 million rubles.

Actions of non-payers jeopardize the reliability of power supply to consumers in the Bryansk region, as the funds received by Bryanskenergo for the provision of electricity transmission services are spent, among other things, on production programs. The enterprise will consistently continue work on collecting receivables, using for this purpose all mechanisms provided by the current legislation.
