Value-added service "Grid connection support" gains popularity among customers of Bryanskenergo

IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division summed up the results of providing value-added services to customers in the first quarter of 2017.

During the reporting period, the branch received 2,476 requests for value-added services. The most popular among residents of the Bryansk region were "Installation and replacement of meters" – 1,615 requests; on the second place - "Provision of technical resources (re-registration of documents of grid connection with the change of ownership)" - 438 requests.

The third one - "Execution of work related to the competence of the client, during the process of grid connection" ("Grid connection support") - 104 requests. This is 71 requests more than for the same period last year. The provision of this value-added service contributes to the creation of favourable conditions for small and medium-sized businesses, which are the main customers of connecting electrical installations of up to 150 kW.

The grid connection process is a procedure that includes several stages of work: from drawing up the necessary documents to the actual supply of voltage. Within the framework of the "Grid connection support" service, Bryanskenergo’s specialists undertake the execution of all the work assigned to the client.
