IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work with customers for the first quarter of this year.
In the reporting period the branch received more than 6,500 requests from residents of the Kursk region, which is 15% more than in the same period in 2016, of which 3,220 are requests for services, including 1,838 for value-added services.
The greatest demand (837 requests) was with the value-added service for replacement/installation of meters. 886 requests dealt with issues of connection to the company’s grids. 519 clients used the "Grid connection support" service, of which more than 280 consumers - the service "Performance of work related to the client's competence in the grid connection process".
When applying to the branch, residents of the Kursk region are increasingly using correspondence channels – the Contact Centre of IDGC of Centre and the Internet. For three months of this year, through these channels of communication, Kurskenergo received 754 requests.
In the first quarter of 2017, the branch received 466 positive pieces of feedback from consumers. They note the high level of qualification of Kurskenergo’s employees, who advise them on issues related to electricity supply.
"The quality of service provision is an essential element of the customer service system," stresses Sergey Sevryukov, Deputy Director for Sale and Development of Services of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division. "Kurskenergo, on an ongoing basis, holds meetings with consumers of services, where they have the opportunity to ask questions of interest to specialists of the branch. In addition, each client can apply for clarification to the Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and customer service points (CSPs) of the company.
