Specialists of the contact centre will advise whether the absence of electricity in the house is a scheduled outage, or is associated with any contingency situation, as well as specify the timing of supply restoration and the cause of de-energization.
IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division on the basis of the overhaul plan forms a schedule of planned outages on a monthly basis, indicating facilities and terms. At the same time, specialists of the branch try to carry out the maximum possible amount of work at the facility without interruption of power supply to consumers, and work related to the outage should be carried out as soon as possible, at a time period when inconveniences associated with interruption of power supply are minimal.
Schedules of power outages are also coordinated with municipal authorities, territorial subdivisions of EMERCOM and large consumers. All socially significant facilities for the period of work are fed by a reserve circuit of power supply.
