Five employees of Makaryevsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre – Kostromaenergo division became prize winners of various nominations of the action "We Praise a Man of Labour!", held by the Kostroma regional committee of the All-Russian Electrical Trade Union.
The electrician for operation of distribution electrical networks Sergey Koschenov received an award in the nomination "For fidelity to the Profession", the electrician for operation of distribution electrical networks Anatoly Golyatin - in the nomination "Master - Golden Hands"; the prize winner of the nomination "Future of Russia" was the master of the diagnostics crew Sergey Dunaev and the engineer of the marketing and customer relations department Evgeny Kosovanov, in the nomination "For the Commonwealth" the award was received by the chief engineer of Makaryevsky Distribution Zone Sergey Trofimov.
28 employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city and district were invited to the awarding ceremony from Makaryevsky Distribution Zone. Among them there were teachers, doctors, cultural workers, employees of the road company and power engineers of IDGC of Centre.
"The trade union organization of Kostromaenergo is one of the strongest in the Kostroma region. The union consists of about 60% of the company's employees, and this is more than 1,200 people. We have excellent relations with the employer, and the fact that five people are awarded with prizes of the action at once is a vivid confirmation of the recognition and high professionalism of our employees, their involvement in the social life of the labour team," says the chairman of the trade union organization of IDGC of Centre – Kostromaenergo division Tatiana Shvetsova.
The purpose of the action "We Praise a Man of Labour!" is to increase the authority and prestige of working professions, raise the status of professional skills, patriotic education of the youth. The main criteria for selection of candidates for participation in it are work experience, high motivation to improve their qualifications, participation in public and trade union events, and the specifics of the work. Employees of Kostromaenergo participate in the action for the fourth time.
