Bryanskenergo’s Customer Service Centre received more than 36 thousand citizens’ applications for ten years of operation

At the end of April, the Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division - an office that allowed to bring a system of services to consumers in the region to a qualitatively new level marked the decade.

Over the period of its existence, employees of the CSC accepted more than 36,000 consumers’ applications. 33.5% of them concerned issues of grid connection, 32.8% - provision of value-added services, 18.9% - maintenance of power grid facilities.

To date, the unit for sale of services of the branch, in addition to the CSC, located at: Bryansk, Soviet str., 35, includes 26 points for customer care, which are located in all Distribution Zones in the Bryansk region. Highly qualified specialists working there are ready to accept applications for the provision of services, provide comprehensive information on the main activities and issues related to value-added services of Bryanskenergo, answer questions arising from citizens about electricity supply, assist in the preparation of necessary documentation.
