At the end of April, the Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division - an office that allowed to bring a system of services to consumers in the region to a qualitatively new level marked the decade.
Over the period of its existence, employees of the CSC accepted more than 36,000 consumers’ applications. 33.5% of them concerned issues of grid connection, 32.8% - provision of value-added services, 18.9% - maintenance of power grid facilities.
To date, the unit for sale of services of the branch, in addition to the CSC, located at: Bryansk, Soviet str., 35, includes 26 points for customer care, which are located in all Distribution Zones in the Bryansk region.
