This year Belgorodenergo to construct grids for connecting 1,200 sites of private developers

10.05.2017

In 2017, within the framework of the regional state program "Provision of Affordable and Comfortable Housing and Communal Services for Residents of the Belgorod Region for 2014-2020", IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division will construct grids for connecting more than 1,200 sites granted to individual developers, including large families. For these purposes 186.6 million rubles of investment funds were allocated.

The grids will be constructed in nine districts of the region and the regional centre. The greatest volume is planned in six micro-districts of individual housing development in Belgorodsky district (Maysky-80, Razumnoye-54 and -81, North-35, Pushkarnoye-78 and Khokhlovo-68). Here, to connect to the grid of 528 sites, it is required to construct a total of 46.4 km of networks and install 9 package transformer substations with a total capacity of about 2 MW.

In addition, owners of land plots in the micro-districts of individual housing development in South-West-2.4 and 2.5 in Belgorod, the micro-district of Kralatsky-2 in Alexeevsky district, the micro-district of Glushinsky in Stroitel, Teply Kolodez in Gubkin, Rayevka in Chernyansky district, and also developers in Biryuch, Rakitny and Prokhorovka will have an opportunity to be connected to the grid.

This year, 78 km of power lines will be constructed on the territory of new micro-districts and 21 package transformer substations with a total capacity of 4.4 MW will be installed.

The facility-based list of measures for engineering development of micro-districts of individual housing construction was approved by Resolution of the regional government No. 65-pp dated 20.02.2017. All work is carried out with the use of modern electric grid equipment, which provides a high level of reliability and safety of power supply to consumers. Since 2005, Belgorod power engineers have already provided electricity to more than 70,000 sites. For these purposes, over 4,000 km of 0.4-10 kV power lines have been constructed, and about 200 MW of additional capacity have been commissioned.
