IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division summed up the work on connection of consumers to electric grids for the first quarter of 2017. During the reporting period, the branch received 853 applications, signed 707 contracts and executed 742 contracts.
The total capacity of power installations of consumers in the Smolensk region connected to the grid for the reporting period was 15.2 MW.
The largest facilities connected to the company’s grids were production facilities of Private Entrepreneur Kirilov in Pochinkovsky district with a maximum capacity of 1 MW. Also, a large facility, connected in the first quarter, is LLC "Smolensk toys" (a production building with storage facilities in Smolensk) with a maximum capacity of 500 kW.
Smolenskenergo provides residents of the region with a service for connection to electric grids with the connection of newly commissioned facilities, previously connected power devices whose maximum capacity is increased, as well as in cases where the category of reliability of power supply is changed with regard to previously connected power devices, connection points, types of production activities that do not result in a revision of the maximum power, but changing a circuit of external power supply to such power devices.
