IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division summed up the work on the organization of professional training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the first quarter of 2017. 483 employees of the enterprise received the training opportunity during this period, including 287 representatives of working specialties, 143 - senior managers, and 53 specialists.
The main directions of training were the professional training and retraining of working personnel for obtaining a specialized or related work profession, as well as raising the level of professional skills of employees. So, on the eve of the next repair campaign, 236 employees of the enterprise underwent professional retraining in the specialties "timber feller", "slinger", "dispatcher", "electrician", "master of various activities".
Kostromaenergo pays special attention to the professional training of mechanization and transport personnel. In the first quarter, 56 drivers were trained in defensive driving techniques, four were trained and certified to be allowed to work as snowmobile drivers.
To ensure high-quality professional training of employees, the enterprise actively cooperates with specialized institutions of additional and higher education - Kostroma Energy Technical School named after F.V. Chizhov, Ivanovo Energy University, Institute of Continuing Education, Kostroma State Agricultural Academy. So, at the moment 53 power engineers as sent by the branch are being taught in absentia in Kostroma Energy Technical School and Kostroma State Agricultural Academy.
The system of personnel training in Kostromaenergo is aimed at maintaining high professional level of employees, creating conditions for their career and personal growth. In total, in 2017, approximately 900 employees of the branch will be trained.
