"Lipetskenergo" recognized as the winner in the nomination "Best Collective Agreement"

At the meeting of the regional tripartite commission for regulating social and labour relations, the results of the contest "Collective agreement, production efficiency - the basis for protecting the social and labour rights of citizens" were summed up. IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division was declared the winner in the nomination "The best collective agreement in the organizations of the production sphere".

More than 100 organizations and enterprises of the Lipetsk region took part in the labour competition. Winners were defined in four categories - among the enterprises of the production and non-production sphere, small business, as well as for the development of social partnership and providing additional guarantees to employees.

This contest is held in the region every year for 15 years already. Its goal is to attract public attention to the importance of social programs in the life of the enterprise, identify organizations that achieve high efficiency in personnel management, demonstrate, study and disseminate successful experience of social development and forms of social partnership.

"For us, this victory is important! It once again demonstrated that our enterprise invariably follows the principles of social partnership. After all, this policy ensures not only the social protection of each employee, but also contributes to the effective operation of the entire enterprise," commented the head of the HR management office of "Lipetskenergo" Ekaterina Mushnikova.

The meeting of the regional tripartite commission on regulation of social and labour relations summed up the results of the immunization against influenza in the season of 2016, the passage of preliminary and periodic medical examinations of the working population, organization and provision of recreation and rehabilitation of children in the Lipetsk region in 2017, reviewed nominees to be entered on the regional Board of Honour "Labour glory of the Lipetsk region". Particular attention was paid to summing up the results and determining the winners of the contest "Collective agreement, production efficiency - the basis for protecting the social and labour rights of citizens".
