Hotline of power engineering specialists:
A group of electricians of operating mobile crews of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division passed a short-term refresher course at the training centre of operating personnel of the enterprise. The training program included issues of organization of safe work in electrical installations, operational and technological management in a Distribution Zone, use of metrological support, raising the level of labour protection for operating personnel, fire safety.
The participants of the study analyzed in detail the tasks and functions of operational and technological management. Particular attention was paid to the strict performance by the operating personnel of the requirements for safety, the organization of switching, the performance of work in emergency modes of the grid and the conduct of operating talks.
At the end of the training process the electricians successfully passed the test of knowledge of the current rules and instructions with the Centurion software system and received certificates of training on the topic "Operational management and maintenance of distribution grid equipment". The study ended with a sightseeing tour of the Museum of Kurskenergo, which was carried out by specialists of the public relations department for the power engineers.
By the end of the year more than 1,000 employees of the branch will be trained.
