Hotline of power engineering specialists:
19 employees of the HR office of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division were trained on the course "Topical issues of HR management in an enterprise" in January. Classes were held in the classroom of Kostromaenergo and were mainly after hours.
The forty hours’ training course covered a variety of issues relating to activity of the HR service: from the evolution of theoretical concepts and HR management practices to innovations of the labour legislation. The classes were conducted by teachers of Kostroma State University, as well as practitioners from the regional offices of the Social Insurance Fund, Pension Fund, Mandatory Health Insurance Fund, tax consultants and experts on archives. After completing the study, all the specialists received certificates of advanced training.
Kostromaenergo pays great attention to staff development. In 2016, 1,105 people, almost 60% of the total staff of the enterprise, were educated, trained and retrained in various forms and directions.
