Belgorodenergo: demand for the service "Grid connection support" quadrupled

Last year, IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division provided more than 20,600 value-added services to natural and legal persons, individual entrepreneurs and organizations of various forms of ownership. The most popular services were installation (replacement) of metering equipment, including installation and maintenance of an automatic commercial metering system, and support of connection to the power grid.

Over 9,000 residents of the Belgorod region used advantages of an integrated approach and a flexible pricing policy of the branch of the installation of electricity meters. All work is performed by power engineers with a warranty and "turnkey". They set a seal on a device, protecting against any unauthorized intervention. Information is transmitted to the sales company, which saves the user from the need for additional registration. Consumers immediately begin paying for electricity with the new meter.

Four times - to 6.7 thousand - the number of requests for the execution of work related to the competence of clients in the implementation of grid connection procedures increased. At the same time, individuals with capacity up to 15 kW took the advantage of this service 50% more often. Please, be reminded that technical specifications of the applicant Belgorodenergo performs under an additional agreement, simplifying the process and reducing the time to connect - installs measuring and protection units, switchboard with automatic switches and sockets, installs and tests the ground loop.

Enterprises, organizations and ordinary citizens 4.5 times more often applied to the branch on the reconstruction of power grid facilities. Last year, 60 contracts were concluded and executed for the design, construction and removal of grid facilities that fall into the zone of construction of major roads, industrial and social facilities. In addition, legal entities and entrepreneurs were interested in the services of operating, technical and one-off maintenance of electrical equipment, its testing and diagnostics, maintenance and development of outdoor lighting systems, analysis, regeneration and sale of transformer oils.
