Training of staff is one of the important directions of the personnel policy of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division. Power engineers have refresher courses on the site of educational institutions, relevant programs are implemented directly in the company.
In late January, 14 masters of crews for operation of equipment of electric distribution grids from Distribution Zones of the branch passed their short-term training in the training centre of operating personnel of Kurskenergo. The training program included theoretical and practical sessions. The main attention was paid to the safe operation of distribution facilities, the specifics of inspection and repair of power equipment. Part of the course was devoted to the work with the technical documentation, the work permit and clearance system, occupational safety, fire and electrical safety. In addition, the trainees acquainted with modern appliances and electrical equipment diagnostic methods.
"Regular training of masters of crews operating grid equipment of Distribution Zones, such an important category of production executives of the industry, is primarily aimed at improving their professionalism, reducing accidents and increasing the productivity of their subordinates," stresses the deputy chief engineer for production asset management and development of Kurskenergo Alexander Muratov.
According to the program of study of Kurskenergo, total in the current year 304 employees of the branch will raise their qualification.
