The primary trade union organization (trade union) of IDGC of Centre – Orelenergo division summed up the work for 2016. In the reporting period the trade union implemented a set of measures aimed at the protection of social and labour rights and interests of its members in accordance with the collective agreement and current labour laws. It allocated 2.4 million rubles for these purposes.
One of the priorities of the trade union of Orelenergo is a concern for the health of employees and their children. In 2016, 1.5 million rubles were spent on the organization of their rest. Power engineers had the opportunity to relax in the settlement of Dzhemete on the Black Sea coast and in the Republic of Belarus, to visit with a guided tour Belgorod and the New Jerusalem Monastery in the Moscow region, and their children - to spend their summer holiday in country camps.
868 thousand rubles were allocated for sports and recreational activities. The trade union organized the competition for ice and summer fishing, volleyball, futsal, swimming, shooting, table tennis and athletics.
On Victory Day the organization traditionally congratulated veterans - they were presented with gift baskets. At the end of the year, all union members received gifts to the professional holiday - the Power Engineers’ Day, and their children - for the New Year.
"The main task of the trade union is the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of employees, the improvement of working conditions, the organization of corporate leisure. Today about 60% of all employees are trade union members of Orelenergo. This high percentage indicates a high efficiency of the organization and its demand," stresses the chairman of the primary trade union organization of Orelenergo Evgeniya Shamrina.
