In 2016, IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division concluded 15,984 contracts for the provision of value-added services (for comparison in 2015 there were only 9,374). The most popular among the residents of the Smolensk region in the past year were the services for replacement, installation and inspection of electricity meters - for 2016 12,073 requests were received, which is 57% more than in 2015.
The service "Execution of work related to the competence of clients in the implementation of the grid connection procedure" was also in demand. The number of customers, who signed in 2016 a contract to support the grid connection, increased 5 times compared to the previous year. In total, more than 700 contracts for the provision of the new service were made in the past year.
In 2016, 280 contracts were signed to provide maintenance and repair services of outdoor lighting networks. Currently IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division maintains about 34 million lighting fixtures in the municipalities of the Smolensk region.
In addition, in 2016 the branch office received requests for operational maintenance and repair of electrical networks and electrical equipment, testing and diagnostics of high-voltage equipment and electrical safety devices, removal of networks, and others.
Revenues for value-added services in 2016 amounted to 112 million rubles.
In 2017, Smolenskenergo will continue to provide value-added services at the request of consumers. Emphasis will be placed on the development of value-added services and the optimization of customer service.
