In 2016 "Lipetskenergo" received 36,000 customers’ requests

During the period from January to December 2016, offices of customer service of IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division received 36,114 requests from citizens. Of these, 85% (30,585) requests were from individuals, 15% (5,529) from legal entities.

The vast number of the requests concerned the service provision for connection to electric grids, such requests were 11,843. In addition, "Lipetskenergo" rendered a wide range of value-added services, including the most popular service for the installation and replacement of metering devices. Thus, in 2016 Lipetskenergo’s specialists installed and replaced 1,658 meters.

Such a service is still in demand as maintenance and repair of electric grids and electrical equipment, more than 270 requests were received by specialists of "Lipetskenergo". Consumers asked for the services of Grid Connection Support (1,420 requests), Testing and Diagnostics of Electrical Equipment (91 requests), Reconstruction of Grid Facilities (38 requests), Street Lighting Systems (41 requests), Provision of Technical Resources (1,561 requests, of which 817 for restoration of grid connection documents), Design and Construction of Energy Facilities (7 requests).

For the convenience of customers "Lipetskenergo" operates 20 customer service offices in every district centre of the region and one joint Customer Service Centre in Lipetsk. One may submit a request for grid connection, provision of value-added services, make an appointment in the service office also on the website of IDGC of Centre at www.mrsk-1.ru in the section "Clients".
