Kurskenergo’s specialists awarded for professionalism

More than 150 employees of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division were distinguished on the Power Engineers’ Day with state, departmental, corporate and regional awards.

According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, an electrician for repair of distribution switchgear equipment of the high-voltage grid office of Kurskenergo Vladimir Kirpichnikov was awarded the Medal of the Order "For Service to the Fatherland II degree". The power engineer was honoured for achievements in labour, social activities and many years of diligent work.

The honorary title "Veteran of the electric grid complex" was awarded to Pavel Stepochkin, the chief of a section of the high-voltage grid office and Nikolay Sergeyev, an electrician of a first responding mobile crew of Besedinsky Distribution Zone.

The honorary diploma of PJSC "Rosseti" was given to a leading engineer of the perspective development office Igor Brezhnev for large contribution to the development of the fuel and energy complex and long-term honest work.

The honorary title of IDGC of Centre "Best in Profession" was awarded to an electrician of a first responding mobile crew of Rilsky Distribution Zone Yury Bogdanov and the chief engineer of Ponyrovsky Distribution Zone Nikolay Seliverstov was awarded the honorary title of IDGC of Centre "Best Manager".

The memorial sign "For Labour and Fatherland" was awarded to Alexander Starodubtsev, a master of a crew for operation of distribution networks of Medvensky Distribution Zone.

Alexander Kalashnikov, a leading engineer of the service for relay protection, automation, measurement and metrology, was listed on the Board of Honour of the electricity industry employers’ community.

A large group of Kurskenergo’s employees was awarded diplomas of IDGC of Centre, Kurskenergo, the administration of the Kursk region and the city of Kursk, the Kursk Regional Duma.

"In our professional holiday we honoured the most deserving – those, who actively participated in the implementation of production programs aimed at improving grid reliability and increasing the quality of power supply to consumers, who were at the forefront of the elimination of the consequences of technological violations, including helping power companies from other regions. Those were also distinguished, who achieved good results in creativity and sport. Working hard and successfully defending the honour of their enterprise in various contests and competitions, all of them deserve bearing the high title of "Kurskenergo’s employee" and serve as an example to their colleagues," stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division director Alexander Rudnevsky.
