22 December 2016 in the walls of a branch of "National Research University "MPEI" in Smolensk a solemn meeting devoted to the Power Engineers’ Day was held. Director of the branch of the National Research University "MPEI" in Smolensk, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Alexander Fedulov and Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division director Sabir Agamaliev addressed to those present with welcoming words.
The dignitaries of the Smolensk region and the city of Smolensk awarded diplomas, leters of thnks and memorable badges those who provided stable and reliable operation of the power system and contributes to the development of the energy sector of the Smolensk region.
A diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation was given to an engineer of category 2 of the group of operating maintenance of substations of the operating and technological service of the Grid Control Centre Valery Markalin. Letters of thanks from the Ministry of Energy were awarded to the head of the street lighting and in-house service department Elena Arsenenkova and the head of the Central diagnostic laboratory of the diagnostics service Gennady Glebko. Letters of thanks from Governor of the Smolensk region were awarded to the head of the department of electric energy and power balance forecasting, and analysis of losses of the office of sale of services Marina Bashmachenkova, a senior operator of the operating and technological service of the Grid Control Centre of the branch Igor Elistratov, a leading legal adviser of the contract work sector of the legal support subdivision Yury Nacharov, the head of the department for development and issuance of technical conditions of the grid connection office Pavel Sidorenkov.
A leading engineer of the analysis and production asset management department of the production management centre Valentina Vasilyeva, a leading accountant of the accounting sector of the accounting management and tax accounting and reporting office Lyudmila Erbakhova, a leading engineer of the high-voltage substation service of the high-voltage grids office Petr Lobanov received Honorary Diplomas of the Smolensk Regional Duma.
Honorary Diplomas of the Head of the hero-city of Smolensk were awarded an engineer of category 2 of the Central diagnostic laboratory of the diagnostics service Denis Dyravkin, a senior accountant of the taxation sector of the accounting management and tax accounting and reporting office Victoria Mizyukova, a driver of an aerial and a truck aerial work platform of category 5 from Smolensk city section of mechanization and transport Konstantin Novikov. An honorary diploma of the Administration of the city of Smolensk was given to a specialist of category 1 of the administrative department of the administration office Olga Volkova, a leading specialist of the department of marketing and value-added services Oksana Kovaleva, a crew master for operating overhead lines of Smolensk City Distribution Zone Alexey Mikhailov, a leading expert of the department of interaction with market subjects Elena Sidorova, a leading labour economist of the labour organization and wages department Irina Timoshenkova, a car driver of category 5 from Smolensk city section of mechanization and transport Victor Fomchenkov.
Honorary Letter of Thanks of the Department of the Smolensk region on energy, energy efficiency and tariff policy were awarded to an environmental engineer of category 1 of the industrial safety service of the production safety and production control office Alena Demchenkova and an economist of category 1 of the tariff making department of the economy and tariff management office Victoria Turchenko.
Diplomas of the Department of the Smolensk region on energy, energy efficiency and tariff policy, which are awarded to Smolenskenergo’s structural units for high achievements in industrial activity and outstanding results in work, this year were received by Khislavichsky Distribution Zone and the Grid Connection Office.
It should be noted that in connection with the professional holiday - the Power Engineers’ Day - 174 employees of IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division were awarded with departmental, corporate and regional awards. A solemn meeting in honour of the Power Engineers’ Day took place in all Distribution Zones and the executive office of the Smolensk branch of IDGC of Centre. 12 new names appeared on the Honour Board of the branch.
