Tambovenergo upgrades its specialized vehicle fleet

IDGC of Centre – Tambovenergo division continues to upgrade its motor and specialized vehicle fleet. Upgrading the fleet is carried out under the program of renovation of specialized motor vehicles.

During 2016 the company received two cars "Niva Chevrolet", three bucket lift trucks, two cars "GAZelle", a bulldozer, an aerial, a truck tractor, 42 crew vehicles based on "UAZ" car and five vehicles based on "GAZ" car, machinery for grinding forest residues, used while clearing ROWs of power lines.

All the new motor vehicles were given to Distribution Zones of Tambovenergo.

After the replenishment Tambovenergo’s fleet has 616 special purpose vehicles.

"Modernization of the fleet is a significant focus of our activities. Availability at the enterprise of modern and reliable machinery is essential for the implementation of planned and emergency tasks, which ultimately helps ensure quality and uninterrupted power supply to consumers," stressed the head of the mechanization and transport service of Tambovenergo Vitaly Polyakov.
