"Lipetskenergo" participated in the Job Fair

IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division took part in the Job Fair organized annually by Lipetsk State Technical University.

Graduates and senior students of the technical higher educational institution were invited to the event, as well as representatives of 17 leading Russian industrial enterprises operating on the territory of the Lipetsk region and beyond.

The traditional objectives of the Fair were to promote employment of young specialists from the university, and the search for qualified personnel by potential employers.

During the event experts of "Lipetskenergo" told the students about the basic directions of activity of the enterprise, as well as the benefits of working in a large grid company. It was emphasized that "Lipetskenergo" pays special attention to creation of favourable conditions of work and further strengthening of its corporate policy. To this end, the Company has an extensive system of social support of power engineers, their families and veterans. Much attention is paid to staff development, career counselling of a younger generation. "Lipetskenergo" formed a talent pool, providing a high-quality selection of candidates for key positions, organizes students’ practice for students of specialized universities and colleges, including in the format of construction crew. All this provides for "Lipetskenergo" the status of an enterprise of high social responsibility.

Commenting on the results of the event, the head of the HR department Katerina Mushnikova noted that the result of many years of fruitful work with Lipetsk State Technical University is training of high-level professionals, the knowledge of which meets the relevant requirements of the industry. "Attracting young people with additional competencies needed for implementation of modern technologies is a prerequisite for further improving the Company’s performance," she stressed.
