05.12.2016

Official letters of thanks came to the attention of Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division director Sabir Agamaliev from the Administration of the urban settlement of Iksha in Dmitrovsky municipal district of the Moscow region, and from the head of the Vnukovo territorial department. The leaders expressed their gratitude in them to the energy company for the cooperation and invaluable assistance in the aftermath of emergencies caused by freezing rain.

11 November 2016 the anomalous weather ("freezing rain") led to technological violations on a large area of the Moscow region. To reduce the time of first responding and restoration operations mobile crews of Smolenskenergo came to support PJSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" in the suburbs. "From 18 to 25 November by forces of five crews (28 people) with 4 specialized vehicles we carried out the first responding and restoration work in the settlements: Iksha, Mitkino, Ermolino, Dmitrov, Bazarovo, Bely Rast, Birlovo, Yarovo and others. As a result, in 15 settlements of the Moscow region Smolensk power engineers restored electricity supply and energized all consumers," stressed the head of the distribution grid office, the leader of Smolenskenergo’s crews involved in the restoration, Vitaly Mordykin.

In the texts of the letters of appreciation one notes that the Smolensk power engineers, despite the difficult conditions, were working around the clock, repairing damaged power lines, clearing ROWs and removing fallen trees. "Thanks to the rapid, accurate and harmonious work, despite the difficult conditions, social tensions were removed in thirteen towns of our settlement," underlines the head of the urban settlement of Iksha Nadezhda Lapitskaya.

The head of the Vnukovo territorial department Dmitry Titov thanked for the "sincere generosity, worthy support and proactive stance" and wished good health, happiness and well-being to the power engineers.
