The head of the HR unit of IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division Tatiana Tatukova was ranked third in the all-Russian contest for the title of "Best in Profession" among specialists in HR management in the nomination "Specialist for evaluation and certification of personnel". Awarding of winners was held in Moscow in the framework of the III All-Russian Conference "Results of the implementation of professional standards. The inspection and judicial practice in 2016".
Even though this is the first federal contest among professionals of this specialization, more than 1,950 specialists from 305 cities of Russia took part in it. It was organized by the Council for Vocational Qualifications in the field of HR management of the National Council for Vocational Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation. HR specialists competed in eight categories.
In the first step it was required to successfully pass the first evaluation procedures, in the second to decide at least three of the five proposed practical cases on the professional standard "HR Specialist", affecting various aspects for development and evaluation of professional competencies of applicants and use of the Russian Federation legislation. The most difficult was the third stage, in which participants were asked to solve very specific problems, received from representatives of business, industry, government. Works of the contestants were evaluated by the best experts under the method of the personal analysis of practical cases.
The organizing committee said that one of the most important tasks of the contest is to create the "Golden HR personnel reserve" of those professionals, who have extensive successful experience in the field of HR management, so that all the participants will have ample opportunities for further professional and career development.
