A group of electricians of first responding mobile crews of Distribution Zones of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division held a short-term refresher course on "Operational management and maintenance of distribution grid equipment". The course was held at the training centre operating staff, its agenda included operation of electrical equipment, organization of operational and technological management in Distribution Zones, improvement of occupational safety of operating personnel, fire safety, first aid to an injured person.
Participants of the training analyzed in detail the tasks and functions of operational and technological management. Particular attention was paid to the strict implementation by the operating staff of occupational safety requirements and operations, the execution of switching and elimination of technological breakdowns in distribution grids.
After the training completion, the electricians were successfully tested on the software package "Centurion" and got their corresponding certificates.
Another 706 employees of Kurskenergo will be trained by the end of the year.
