IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division held its annual festive event devoted to the International Day of Older Persons. About 30 representatives of the older generation gathered in the assembly hall of the branch.
As part of the festive program the management of "Lipetskenergo" congratulated and thanked the guests for their contribution to the development of the region’s energy sector. Alexander Glebov, who recently headed the Lipetsk branch, willingly shared the latest news of the energy industry.
In addition to the invited artists, the young generation of power engineers - amateur contestants joined the audience congratulating, who, under the applause of the guests showed their best performances.
The festive program ended with a tea party, during which the participants shared their memories about their work - that it was not easy, but the difficulty only stimulated to work even more efficiently. They talked a lot of what helps maintain an active lifestyle. According to the guests, in many ways, their grandchildren help keeping their being young, as well as their favourite hobby-crafts. Their brought works impressed those present with accurate details, the harmony of colours and originality.
"At our age, attention is of particular value. It is very nice that you do not forget about us at work. Gifts that we are spoiled on holidays, always boost spirits, but personal communication and participation of the management is double pleasure," commented Valeria G. Gurovskaya.
