Kostromaenergo continues to perform claim-related work on the collection of accounts receivable

IDGC of Centre – Kostromaenergo division continues systematic work aimed at the collection of receivables. One of the most effective instruments of influence on debtors is claim-related work. From April to September this year Kostromaenergo’s lawyers filed in court 93 claims totalling more than 29 million rubles. 71 cases in the amount of 23.9 million rubles were adjudicated in favour of Kostromaenergo, including, under the previously filed claims. Part of the receivables was recovered from defaulters with the help of bailiffs. Today 55 cases for the recovery of receivables in the amount of about 24 million rubles are for court proceedings.

"The issue of debt repayment is extremely important for Kostromaenergo, since the bulk of funds for the services provided by the enterprise goes to perform industrial tasks related to ensuring reliable power supply of consumers of the Kostroma region. Now the branch is actively preparing for the upcoming autumn-winter operation period, and therefore, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of all planned activities in full and on time," emphasizes the head of the financial department of IDGC of Centre – Kostromaenergo division Elena Kuvaitseva.
