"Lipetskenergo" took part in a job fair

IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division took part in the autumn job fair annually held by the Lipetsk city employment centre.

The traditional purpose of the fair was to promote employment for young specialists.

Graduates and senior students of universities of the Lipetsk region, as well as representatives of leading industrial enterprises of Lipetsk, were invited to the event. Visitors to the fair were able to get advice on employment, see work proposals, communicate directly with potential employers.

Career guidance is of key importance for IDGC of Centre - the energy sector needs highly skilled specialists, whose knowledge and skills meet the current needs of the industry.

"In order to attract young professionals "Lipetskenergo" cooperates with leading regional institutions of higher, secondary vocational education. As part of the cooperation targeted training of young professionals is carried out, industrial practice for students is organized," commented the head of the HR office of "Lipetskenergo" Katerina Mushnikova.

For young professionals, who have got a job at IDGC of Centre, a special adaptation program is developed, an individual approach is applied to each of them, aimed at the fullest use and development of their creative, innovative and scientific potential.

Today, more than 2,300 people work at "Lipetskenergo". Every year the company recruits about 171 new employees. Approximately 25% of them are graduates.
