Specialist of "Lipetskenergo" visited the forum "Forsage-2016"

04.08.2016

The head of the production and technical team of Chaplyginsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division Nikolay Rusanov took part in the international forum of young power engineers and industrialists "Forsage-2016". The event took place from 12 to 16 July in the Kaluga region in the field camp format.

The international forum of young power engineers and industrialists "Forsage" has been held since 2011 by the State Corporation "Rosatom" and the International Association of Corporate Education (MAKO), with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, the Russian Ministry of Energy and the Kaluga region. Its main task is to create favourable conditions and a unified communication environment for the development of young professionals, the formation of their creative thinking and innovative technological culture.

This year over 600 delegates from eleven educational streams from 20 countries were involved in the forum. It was attended by Head of the State Corporation "Rosatom" Sergey Kiriyenko, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Veniamin Kaganov, representatives of the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, top-managers of "Rosatom" and other companies, leading industry experts and representatives of the business community. During the forum participants traditionally attended lectures and visited various workshops, business trainings, seminars, had brainstorming sessions, and were involved in sports and recreational activities.

The main focus of the forum streams was to develop and defend scientific and technological innovation projects. A project of the team "Time Energy", which included Nikolay Rusanov, was called "Global information systems of the future". It was presented in the stream "Global cooperation".

"Work on the project lasted for four days and included preparation, dialogue with experts, video shooting and defense. I was involved in the construction of the project roadmap, the aim of which was to create a program that allows customers to receive service on the electricity and gas supply "in single point of contact". That is, with the help of our program an entrepreneur could calculate the costs for the development of his business in just a few minutes. He has open access to maps of loads of feeding centres, on-line consultation of experts of companies, but most importantly - the capability to address all issues on grid connection, gas supply, laying communications on a single platform. The application, conclusion of the agreement and control its execution, coordination of land plots is only a fraction of the possibilities provided by the program. According to our calculations, its implementation could reduce the time of the creation of engineering infrastructure for new or emerging ventures to a month. Perhaps it was a too bold and global solution, that’s how I explain the eighth place, which eventually our project took. Investors are interested in projects with a quick profit, and ours would require a complex interaction of many adjacent structures, which are not so easy to combine. The next time we will take into account all the nuances and certainly be in the lead. And it’s not just my opinion - it was supported by some experts," said Nikolay Rusanov. The project of the team "Time Energy" was awarded by the contest committee. As a reward, the young people received a certificate for the use of IT-platform for teamwork (SAP Jam) and access to SAP educational resources.

In addition, the expert of "Lipetskenergo" being a part of his team participated in the engineering-design game "Chain Reaction", aimed at practicing teamwork and taking innovative technical solutions. The task of the game is to build an attraction, based on the chain reaction, with each previous stage starting up the next one. The attraction had to meet the requirements of the general customer. It was Sergey Kiriyenko. It was possible to use only those materials, which were provided by the organizers. If the materials were not used, it was plus on the team as evidence of effective work. But the number of stages of the attraction was not limited - the participants at the start of the game promised to do 30, 50 or even 100 steps. During the game, the team members, which included Nikolay Rusanov, presented 60 steps and were distinguished with a non-standard solution, for which they were rewarded with rafting on the river in a canoe and a visit to the tourist park "Protva".

"To address this challenge, we were given three boards and five bolts ... Here then we came up with the idea to team up with four other teams. As a result, this particular move was highly appreciated by experts," added the Lipetsk power engineer.

Upon end of the forum all the participants were given certificates of completion of training in the educational program stream "Future Leaders" of the Group "Rosseti" of the International Forum of young power engineers and industrialists "Forsage - 2016".
