Hotline of power engineering specialists:
More than 40 young specialists and members of the students’ construction crew "Networker" of IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division participated in a training organized by the HR office. The event was held in the format of team building on the territory of the recreation camp "Dream Place".
Participants, divided into three teams, were invited to pass ten steps including assignments on confidence, skills, teamwork, efficient allocation of roles and responsibilities in the collective decision-making and development of non-standard creative abilities. For each correctly completed task the teams earn points.
At the end of the competition all the three teams were recognized as winners with equal points. A common gift to all the participants from the organizers was the original cake decorated with sweets made of facilities and elements of grids and the company’s logo.
"Teambuilding format involves active teamwork. It helps young people better achieve their potential, develop useful skills in the industry to solve problems of varying complexity by effectively consolidating efforts of all members of the workforce," says the head of the HR office of Orelenergo Irina Savelieva.
