Kurskenergo fulfills the plan of repairs in the first half of the year

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the implementation of the repair program for 6 months of the current year. The company performed all events scheduled by the document in full.

The power company overhauled 224.2 km of 35-110 kV power lines, 1,289.9 km of 0.4-10 kV lines and 211 0.4-10 kV transformer substations, performed comprehensive repair of 7 35-110 kV substations, cleared 583.7 ha and expanded 54.1 ha of ROWs of overhead power lines.

Kurskenergo’s repair program is formed taking into account the actual condition of equipment and diagnostic data for 2015. In total, during the year the branch is planning to carry out major repairs of 24 35-110 kV substations of, 416 0.4-10 kV transformer substations, more than 2.5 thousand kilometres of 0.4-110 kV overhead power lines (Conductors); to clear and expand 1,041.5 hectares of ROWs along overhead lines. About 209 million rubles will be allocated to implement repairs in 2016 as provided by the action plan.

According to Deputy Chief Engineer - Head of the production asset management centre of "Kurskenergo" Alexander Muratov, the repair work at power facilities is a necessary condition for the improvement of system performance, ensuring reliable operation of substations and power lines in the autumn-winter period.
