IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division summed up the work on organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the first quarter of 2016. During the reporting period 681 employees of the branch received the opportunity to enhance their skills in various fields of activity.
174 employees improved skills in electrical installations and distribution grids. 26 employees acquired new knowledge in the field of occupational safety and fire safety at power plants. 75 people had training to work with motor and special vehicles.
124 power engineers received second and related professions in the field of handling hazardous household waste, operation of heating electric installations and heating networks, relay protection and automation of substation equipment. 11 employees completed professional retraining in "Electric power systems and grids".
To ensure the quality of vocational training of its employees Bryanskenergo actively cooperates with relevant institutions of further and higher education - National Research University MPEI, Bryansk State Technical University and UMK RTN. And the enterprise’s own training offices are actively used for education - classrooms of occupational safety and training centres. 125 employees had training there.
