IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division summed up the work with customers in the first half of 2016. During the reporting period the branch received over 43 million requests, which is 34% more compared to the same period of 2015. Their main part (about 35 thousand requests) was sent by consumers in absentia (through the call-centre of IDGC of Centre, the Internet reception, e-mail), the rest were given during visits to customer service offices of the branch.

Around 1,600 requests related to issues of grid connection, more than 5.5 - value-added services. Results of the first half of the year showed an increase in demand for the service "Performance of work relating to the customer’s competence in the implementation of grid connection" ("Grid connection support"). From January to June more than 200 contracts were signed to provide this service with the total amount of about 3.5 mln rubles, the growth was 122% compared to the same period of 2015.
