Employees of Bryanskenergo told children about the "safe" electricity

Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division conducted an electrical safety lesson in the summer camp "Sanatorium "Salyn". It was attended by more than fifty children aged from seven to fifteen.

The class was made in the form of a conversation. Leading specialist of the occupational safety and production control office of Bryanskenergo Vasily Myshakovsky told the children what electric current is, what it is needed for, he explained in what cases electricity can be dangerous, demonstrated and explained the importance of warning signs, which are installed at power facilities. A training simulator "Gosha" caused particular interest with the children, on which under the direction of the lesson teacher they practice skills in first aid to the victim. At the end of the class all participants were presented with the book "Energy Advocates", lesson schedules, rulers with put on them electrical safety regulations.

Bryanskenergo conducts electrical safety lessons in schoolyards and summer camps throughout the summer, as part of efforts to prevent injuries to third-parties at power grid facilities of the Bryansk region. Classes are organized both on the initiative of the energy company and at the request of heads of health institutions.
