Since the beginning of the year Orelenergo received around 11 thousand customers

IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division summed up the work with customers in the first half of 2016. During this period points of customer service of the enterprise received around 11 thousand people. The most in demand services are connection to the grid (almost 1.5 thousand requests) and installation and replacement of electricity meters (more than 1.2 thousand requests).

More often customers are interested in the service "Grid connection support", within which all the preparatory work for grid connection in the responsibility of the customer is taken by specialists of the branch. Since the beginning of the year Orelenergo has signed 427 such agreements.

In addition, consumers contacted the customer service points to receive services for outdoor lighting systems, testing and diagnostics of electric equipment, as well as maintenance of electrical networks, not belonging to Orelenergo.

The customer service points are available in every Distribution Zone of Orelenergo. In each of them one can apply for connection to the grid, grid connection support, installation or replacement of metering devices, reconstruction of networks, design, construction, repair and maintenance of power facilities, performance of energy audits. In order to raise awareness about the services of the branch staff of the customer interaction office of Orelenergo initiates holding of public meetings and round tables for different categories of consumers (representatives of gardeners’ partnerships, entrepreneurs and individuals).
