Kurskenergo organized summer holidays for employees’ children

Over 60 children of employees of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division this summer gain strength in health camps. The children got this opportunity as part of the collective agreement, which operates in IDGC of Centre, and through close cooperation of the power company with the administrations of the Kursk region and the city of Kursk.

One of the favourite places of summer recreation for children is the Sports and Fitness Centre named after V. Tereshkova, which is located in a picturesque area near the Seim river. On 13 July there with the active participation of the regional "Elektroprofsoyuz" committee the specialized shift "Time of your possibilities" was opened.

Participants of the shift are children of employees of energy companies operating in the region, including 49 children of Kurskenergo’s employees. The Centre for them has created all necessary conditions for good rest. It employs the creative community, equipped with a climbing wall and hanging crossings. Children of an older age group can take part in competitions in air rifle shooting and archery, golf and team games.

The program of activities for the participants of the specialized shift is full of interesting events: contests, competitions, meetings with interesting people. For the children excursions to the Museum of Energy of the Kursk region and substations of Kurskenergo will be organized, as well as thematic sessions, where experts of the branch will tell them about the energy industry and power engineers, will acquaint them with electrical safety regulations.
