IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division held a solemn ceremony of awarding employees - winners of competitions of professional skills of crews for repair and maintenance of 35-110 kV equipment of IDGC of Centre. The team, which won the first place in the professional corporate contests, included five representatives of the branch: the head of the high-voltage grid office Fedor Kapshukov (captain), a master of the substation service Oleg Silaev, electricians for repair of switchgear equipment - Yury Vozhegov, Andrey Makeenko, Victor Belash, and an electrician of a first responding mobile crew - Ilya Abashkin. Representatives of the company’s management, colleagues, veterans of the power industry gathered together to congratulate them.
The solemn meeting was opened by Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division director Alexander Kosarim. "During the competitions you showed high professional skills: knowledge, expertise and abilities that you demonstrate every day in the work," stressed, congratulating the winners, the enterprise manager. "Your victory is the best proof that Bryanskenergo has a working team of professionals capable in any situation to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply to residents of the Bryansk region."
Among the colleagues, who congratulated the winners, there were veterans of Bryanskenergo - Dmitry Ziukin, Vasily Zakharenko and Anatoly Livadin, who at different times managed the company and its production units. They expressed their gratitude for the fact that the current generation strengthens the traditions and professional base, which was created by their predecessors, told about production victories, which Bryanskenergo’s power engineers achieved in previous years.
In conclusion, the team - winner was awarded Certificates of Appreciation of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division.
The competitions of professional skill of crews for repair and maintenance of 35-110 kV equipment of IDGC of Centre took place in late June at the training centre in the city of Rostov Veliky (Yaroslavl region). They brought together the best crews of the branches of the company and the crew of EC "Sevastopolenergo". Bryanskenergo’s team won the first place in the tough struggle being ahead of the runner, the team of "Yarenergo", with just seven points. And one of its representatives, Ilya Abashkin, won in the individual category "Best electrician of a first responding mobile crew of IDGC of Centre". For the victory the team of the Bryansk power engineers was awarded the prize - a new crew car Gaz-3308.
