IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division took part in the job fair of the "Centre of employment of the population of the city of Smolensk". During the event representatives of Smolenskenergo told visitors of the fair on the activities of the branch, working conditions and social guarantees.

"Ten people were interested in jobs at Smolenskenergo, who are looking for work and have the appropriate specialized education," said the head of the HR office of Smolenskenergo Alla Korolkova. "As a result of the interview three applicants for job vacancies as electricians were defined."

The applicants noted that the formalization of labour relations, social security, creation of a safe working environment, providing with personal protection equipment, as well as an opportunity for professional development and career growth distinguish the branch "Smolenskenergo" from other employers.
