1 July 2016 at the training centre of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division the grand opening of the third summer employment season of the students’ construction crew "Energy" of the Tambov State Technical University (TSTU) took place. The event was attended by senior representatives of Tambovenergo and the TSTU, active members of the Youth Council of the branch.
The head of the HR office of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Olga Vyazovova pronounced commencement address to the members of "Energy". "You will have to work in the team of Tambov power engineers - a large and close-knit team of professionals. Working at Tambovenergo, you will get acquainted with the advanced technologies in the energy sector, with new equipment. I hope that this labour semester will be a real school of skills for you," stressed Olga Vyazovova.
Director of the Institute of Energy, Instrumentation and Electronics of the TSTU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Tatyana Chernyshova stressed in her speech that students of the TSTU will work at Tambovenergo’s facilities for the third consecutive year. "The tradition of construction crews of the Tambov State Technical University has more than a dozen years," recalled Tatyana Chernyshova. "Their members were an example to their fellow students, the university pride. I’m sure it will be so following the results of this working season at Tambovenergo."
In a solemn ceremony the chairman of the Youth Council Ilya Shivnov gave the construction crew leader "Energy" Mikhail Akifyev the construction crew flag of the Group of Companies "Rosseti". The solemn ceremony ended with handing "work permits" over to members of "Energy".
The labour season of students’ construction crews of the electric grid complex will last from 1 July until 15 August. The construction crew "Energy" will work at facilities of Tambovsky Distribution Zone. Its members will be involved in routine inspections of power equipment, check and repair of transformer substation equipment, power transformers of 0.4-10 kV, cleaning of tree residues when clearing ROWs. Safety of their work will be under special control.
