Employees of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division together with representatives of the All-Russian Voluntary Society of Fire Protection organized a game of KVN on the topic of health and safety for children, resting in a school camp in the village of Shunga in Kostromsky district.
Under the terms of the game, the participants were asked to tell and show in practice how to act in one or another difficult situation: being in a smoke-filled room, next to the fire or bare wire, having found a person with electric shock, etc. This process captured the interest not only of the children, but also teachers, who were active fans for their pupils. And then they thanked the power engineers and fire fighters for organizing the interesting and at the same time useful game.
"Such events are very relevant, especially during the holidays when the children are often left unsupervised and may face danger," says the director of the Shungenskaya secondary school Alena A. Konovalova. "Thanks to the game, the children were able to practice the concepts taught at the life safety classes."
KVN games are part of the activities to prevent children’s electric injuries, which are performed by Kostromaenergo’s employees during the school holidays. In particular, this summer the power company plans to hold in places of organized recreation for children 12 lessons and routing games on electrical safety.
