IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division continues to implement measures aimed at repayment of receivables for electricity transmission.
A significant effect, allowing to make debtors unconditionally fulfill contractual obligations, is given by claim-related work. In May 2016 there were 306 writs of execution on collecting accounts receivable in the amount of 412.1 million rubles in banks, treasury bodies and bailiffs' services under performance. There were 49 claims of Bryanskenergo on debt collection for the consumed electric energy in the amount of 13.6 million rubles pending proceedings in the courts of various levels.
Bryanskenergo notes that funds received for services rendered for electricity transmission primarily are used towards financing the core production activities. Therefore, the company will consistently continue to collect accounts receivable, using all mechanisms envisaged by the current legislation.
