IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division held this year’s second "Entrepreneur’s Day" organized by the grid company for managers of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Bryansk region. The event was dedicated to the regulation and organization of connection of consumers to electric grids of the company.
Deputy Director for Sale of Services of Bryanskenergo Eugeny Drokonov briefed entrepreneurs on changes in legislation relating to the grid connection for the category of applicants with power installations of up to 150 kW (these include small and medium-sized businesses). He also spoke about the measures taken by IDGC of Centre for the maximum convenience of small and medium-sized businesses by connecting them to the company’s electric grids. So, from October 2015 they have the opportunity to submit an electronic application for grid connection and other services, provided by the company, through the Internet reception on the company’s corporate website. In addition, branches of IDGC of Centre at the request of applicants provide the service "Grid connection support" in the framework of which they are ready to fulfill all the list of activities which are prescribed by technical specifications to the applicant.
The entrepreneurs also learned other useful information that can be handy in planning future activities. In particular, the energy company told them that in the framework of increasing the availability of the grid connection service Bryanskenergo together with the administrations of municipal formations of the region is working to approve the list of planned building sites that require grid connection in the period of 2016-2017.
Bryanskenergo conducts "Entrepreneur’s Days" quarterly. According to the plan, the next such event will take place in autumn. However, in the case of relevant requests from heads of municipalities representatives of the branch are ready to organize awareness-raising meetings with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in districts of the region at an earlier date.
